Dignity & Wellness Patient Solutions (DWP) is committed to supporting vulnerable patient populations by ensuring all patients can maintain their well-being and quality of life from the comfort of their homes. DWP is the parent company of Injured Workers Pharmacy (IWP), providing shared services, infrastructure, and operational support. With DWP's support, IWP's growth is driven by leveraging expertise in workers’ compensation complex care, patient services, and reliable home delivery—meeting the needs of injured workers where retail pharmacies and mass‑market platforms fall short. IWP provides superior service to our patients and also to the network of prescribers, providers, and legal professionals serving with us to bolster the health and dignity of the injured workers population.

Michael Gavin joined Injured Workers Pharmacy as Chief Executive Officer in 2017. In January 2024, he became the CEO of DWP. As CEO, Michael leads the company’s efforts in providing uninterrupted prescription care to injured workers across the country. Michael has extensive experience in the insurance and medical treatment markets, providing strategic advisory services to hospital boards and medical staff and serving as the Vice President of Operations for a health services pay-for-performance start-up. Most recently, Michael served as the President of PRIUM, a medical peer review firm providing services to payers in the workers’ compensation and auto markets. Michael holds an M.B.A. from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, as well as a B.S.B.A. degree in Finance from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Pam joined IWP in 2012 as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. Pam now serves as Chief Operating Officer for Dignity and Wellness Patient Solutions, where she is accountable for ensuring resources are aligned to support the overall strategic direction of the business units. Functional areas include:
- Clinical operations and oversight to ensure best pharmacy practices to drive superior clinical care to our patients, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure the highest level of regulatory compliance
- Human Resources inclusive of recruitment, talent development and employee engagement
- Information technology and information security to protect the enterprise as well as constantly look for new opportunities to enable the business unit’s efficiency and effectiveness
- Revenue cycle and claims accounts receivables and cash collections management
- Operational quality assurance to ensure lifecycle management of employee performance
- Project Management Office (PMO)
Pam brings with her over 30 years’ experience in the workers’ compensation and insurance fields. Throughout her career, she has held diverse leadership roles in client relationship management, operations and underwriting with Sedgwick, Specialty Risk Services and The Hartford. She received a Bachelor of Arts, Management and Master of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.

Vice President of Legal, Government Affairs and Communications
As the Vice President of Legal, Government Affairs and Communications, Jayne is General Counsel, handling contract negotiations, providing legal advice to the company and managing outside counsel. She is also responsible for creating DWP’s national legislative strategy as well as monitoring regulations and legislation that affect the DWP community. Jayne drafts and edits external and internal communications and oversees public relations strategies. Prior to joining DWP, she served as executive director of an Arlington, Virginia-based organization where she was responsible for the overall development, management, and administration of the firm’s programs to achieve the policy goals established by its board of directors. She has extensive state and federal legislative experience. Jayne earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University and holds a B.S. in business from Babson College, and is admitted to the Massachusetts and the District of Columbia Bars.

Neil Welch serves as Chief Clinical Officer of Injured Workers Pharmacy (IWP), bringing extensive clinical leadership and pharmacy operations experience to the role. Since joining IWP in 2018, Neil has been instrumental in advancing the company’s clinical programs—strengthening compliance, elevating quality standards, and optimizing pharmacy workflows to enhance the patient experience. His leadership also played a key role in the development and launch of services within the Dignity & Wellness Providers (DWP) network.
A licensed pharmacist in 24 states, Neil holds a Doctorate in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Before joining IWP, he co‑owned and operated an independent retail pharmacy in Massachusetts, where he cultivated a deep commitment to patient‑focused care and meaningful pharmacist‑patient interactions.
In his role as Chief Clinical Officer, Neil continues to drive IWP’s clinical vision, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate medication support for injured workers nationwide.

Steve joined IWP in August 2018 as Controller before being promoted to Sr. Director of Finance and Controller in 2021. In January 2024, he became the CFO of DWP.
Steve has previously served as Global Controller of Software Revenue Recognition with Revvity (f/k/a PerkinElmer), Controller of ViaCord (from Revvity), and Controller at CyberGrants. Steve also held several positions with regional public accounting firms in the New England area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley University.

Complex Care and Continuity of Care
IWP's Complex Care Program is customized to support injured workers who suffer from complex or catastrophic work injuries with a personalized, comprehensive pharmacy service. Workers can also benefit from continuous prescription care throughout the course of each claim. In the event the claim is questioned, IWP is here to advocate on behalf of their needs with our unique workers’ compensation continuity of care program.
